The hardest part was keeping this somewhat short...

We live in the Midwest and when we decided to start looking for a 2nd home in Arizona, we only had a general sense of what we wanted and where we wanted to be. Through random internet surfing and among the many realtor ads, we came across Veronica and Jenni.

They were originally from the Midwest and it seemed we had some common interests, so we sent an e-mail through their web site. As it turned out, that was the best decision we made. Less than 24 hours later, we received a call from Veronica. They explained what they could do for us and they followed through every step of the way.

We made two visits to Arizona, looked at countless houses and it took 7 months from the initial contact until we closed on our house. They never seemed to tire of our endless questions and requests for them to look at another house that met our criteria.

We felt confident that they were able to identify the houses that we would like based on our previous discussions. When our first two offers didn't work out, Veronica never wavered that it would work out when we found the right house.

In the end, we trusted them so much that we bought our house sight unseen! They walked us through the closing process from a long distance with ease. Their willingness to go above and beyond has even extended after the closing.

When we saw our house for the first time, it was exactly as we had hoped. We are so thankful for finding Veronica and Jenni. We don't think we would have bought a house from a long distance without them.

We will definitely use them if we decide to buy or sell again in Arizona and would highly recommend them to anyone!

"I recently decided to relocate with my family from Chicago to Arizona. Being such a big process, I wanted to get started early. I knew mid-summer would be the move time, so in April I reached out to a couple of Realtors. I e-mailed 5-6 Realtors and nobody responded. One day while searching Realtor.com I came across Jenni and Veronica the "AZ Relocation Specialists". Within hours I received a response and I explained exactly what we wanted. I told them that I wanted to lease a house for a year, then buy, and the lease needed to accommodate my wife, my son, my 2 Bull Mastiffs, my cat and myself. I was told this was a tall order (due to the size of my dogs AND having a cat), but not impossible.

I was set up on a "portal" and I received daily listings, and checked the houses I liked, and deleted the ones I didn't. When I got to Arizona I called Jenni and Veronica and they started showing me houses. My biggest pet peeve is not being on time for appointments, and every time I met Jenni and Veronica, they were not one minute late! A big bonus for me.

I recently sent "my girls" an e-mail telling them that a few months before my lease is up to start sending me listings for purchase. I can't wait to work with them again. I was 100% completely satisfied with the level of service I received.

"Veronica and Jenni are great Realtors. I've dealt with others in Phoenix that don't come close to providing the level of service, integrity and honesty that V and J have.

Prior to the house being put on the market there were many many things that had to be taken care of. V and J either did it themeselves or coordinated with the service providers.

This included dealing with plumbers, electricians, landscapers, window cleaners, stagers, termite inspecters as well as doing a lot of the odds and ends themselves such as changing light fixtures, door handles and touch up cleaning to make sure the house showed great.

This was very helpful since I live in CA and could not be there on a day to day basis to get the house in tip top shape.

After many months of open houses and showings they suggested putting it back on the rental market and even provided a lead for potential renters. This shows that the client comes first as opposed to worrying about their commissions. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I wanted to thank you both so much for helping us to sell our home. I just felt compelled to write a few words that you may share with other clients.

Veronica and Jenni, wow what a great team of true professionals. Our home was on the market for 6 months and we couldn't sell it. We had a beautiful 4 bedroom home with a pool and a spa and some very attractive custom touches inside our home and our home was priced right, along with other comps in the area.

We were using a realtor that had lived in our neighborhood a couple of years prior. For the first 6 months we had early interest from buyers but that seemed to come to a screeching halt.

After many weeks of no activity we began to think of alternatives to get people in our home. We watched a lot of TV shows about home staging and decided to hire one, (just to come and give us ideas). We took her advice and went to work.

When my partner, Tom Erickson, and I decided to move from Los Angeles to the Phoenix area, we looked up local gay-friendly realtors on the Internet.
